DESCRIPTION

Unusual chunky bracelet, with rough cut Labradorite gemstones. The main colour of the stones is muted green, but the characteristic 'light flashes' shimmer on several surfaces, mainly in bright blue, light green and gold tones. The bracelet is knotted with a double thickness of light green micro-macrame cord with a toggle clasp of a long slice of Labradorite. An eye-catching talisman accessory for an individual look, and the enchanting light flashes in Labradorite can always inspire conversations too, you can tell others about the ancient Inuit legend, according to which the Northern Lights were once imprisoned in the rocks along the coast of Labrador. It is told that a wandering Inuit warrior found them and was able to free most of the lights with a mighty blow of his spear. Some of the lights still stayed within the stone, and thus we have today this beautiful mineral known as Labradorite.

Although the measured length of the bracelet is 21 cm (8.3") including the toggle loop, the chunky nature of the stones make this a good snug fit for a wrist circumference of up to 16.5 cm (6.5"). The size of the Labradorites vary along the length of the bracelet, the largest stones being in the middle and approx. 2.5 cm (1") at their longest measurement.

There are no metals used in this bracelet, so it would be suitable for those with sensitivities to metals.
