DESCRIPTION

Thinly braided very long necklace in blue and pale green tones. The main pendant includes a lotus flower carved from bodhi root, with a tassel of Fluorite, Rainbow Moonstone, White Lace Agate and Quartz crystals. The long sky blue braid has tiny crystal florets dotted along its length with the same crystal types as the tassel. A more prominent assemblage of matching crystals at middle point adds to the decorative effect when the length is doubled up for wearing. The total all-around length of this necklace is approx. 138 cm (54"). The pendant tassel dangles down a total length of approx. 5.5 cm (2.2") from the top of the bodhi lotus down to the base of the tassel. The carved lotus is approx. 2 x 2 cm (0.8"x0.8") in size. 

In Buddhist symbolism white lotus flower signifies spiritual awakening (Bodhi), purity, and enlightenment. It represents the ability to rise above suffering and attain a state of mental and spiritual perfection. This beautiful flower's ability to bloom amidst the mud symbolises overcoming the impurities of the world. 

There are several ways of wearing this long necklace, whether as one long length with a maxi dress, or as double or triple layer - even as a cuff bracelet, wrapped around the wrist many times.

There are no metals in this necklace so would be particularly suitable for those with metal sensitivities, energy workers and those who simply prefer not to wear metal.
