Returns
According to EU distance selling regulations, you can return an online purchase for any reason within 14 days. If you are outside of Europe, please get in contact via email before sending anything back: there is a specific procedure to follow and you will receive clear instructions for returning your purchase. You will receive a full refund for your purchase it arrives back unused and in its original condition. You will need to pay for the return postage. Please note that for hygienic reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Refunds in case of delays 
In case of long postal delays, please get in contact. Spirit Carrier adheres to PayPal's Buyer Protection policy, so if the tracking info shows your package has not arrived after 40 days (international) or 20 days (domestic) from the posting date, you receive a full refund on your purchase. If the package then turns up later, you can decide to either re-pay the item to keep it, or simply return to sender un-opened.

Refunds in case of loss
If the postal service loses the package, can no longer track its whereabouts and thus cannot obtain proof of delivery, you will receive either a full refund or a near-match replacement if you wish and if it is possible to arrange (the nature of Spirit Carrier's unique items limits the extent of identical item replacement).

Reserving items on sale for later payment / Down payments (lay-aways)
Preview ('Coming Soon') items cannot be reserved prior to them becoming available to purchase. Already available items can be bought as 'lay-aways', i.e. by paying in instalments, but for this you will need to contact me directly to set up a payment plan.

Refusal of sale
-If the security algorithms in the Spirit Carrier store system deem an order as fraudulent, I reserve the right to cancel the order immediately, refund the paid amount and investigate before proceeding with the sale. Any questions regarding this can be addressed to me directly via email or by filling in the contact form on this website.
-Whilst Spirit Carrier ships to many locations worldwide, some destinations may turn out as not managing postal deliveries safely and securely. At my discretion, if there is a certain amount of lost or damaged parcels shipped to a certain country or state that cause undue financial losses to Spirit Carrier, such particular postal destination will no longer be served by Spirit Carrier.
