DESCRIPTION

In the olden days, hagstones (rocks with natural holes in them) were used as charms for all sort of purposes - mainly for protection and good luck.

This Flint hagstone talisman is strung through its natural hole with grey raw silk braided with pale green chiffon. You may notice also a lovely heart-shaped dent near the natural hole of this stone. One side of the necklace braid is adorned with an organically shaped smooth Epidote in Prehnite crystal. At one end of the necklace braid there is a loop and the other has a double toggle (Lava Stone & Prehnite) which you can keep attached to wear the necklace at its longest length. Or you can open it and simply tie the braids themselves so the Hagstone hangs at your desired level. The Lava Stone and the Prehnite at the end of the necklace braids then add their protective and healing energy hanging down your back.

The size of the Hagstone is approx. 5 cm (2") at its longest measurement. At its longest, the necklace braid has an all-around length of 88 cm (34.5").
