DESCRIPTION

Stone talisman with a large chunk of Black Tourmaline (Schorl), attaching to a necklace braid of black silk ribbon, peace silk ('peace silk' is a name of silk made by ethical process where no silk worms were harmed) combined with brown and black micro-macrame cord. The highlighting crystals are Smokey Quartz, Dalmatian Jasper, Hawk Eye, Bronzite and further smaller Black Tourmaline crystals. The long braid ends are decorated with matching crystals, and the braid end adornments form an optional closing clasp - one end has a knotted loop through which the crystal cluster in the other braid end can be slotted through to close the braid ends at their longest. However, this subtle 'closing clasp' is not as obtrusive as needing to be used: you may just as well simply tie the long braids to have the Black Tourmaline hang at any desired, shorter level too and consider the braid end adornments as just that.

The Black Tourmaline is just under 2.5 cm (1") tall, approx. 2.5 cm (1") wide and 2 cm (0.8") thick.

There are no metals in this necklace so would be particularly suitable for those with metal sensitivities / metal allergy, energy workers and those who simply prefer not to wear metal.
