DESCRIPTION

To convey the energy and presence of this pale pink Chalcedony Rose is beyond words, so I will just allow it to whisper in its own way to whomever's heart is ready to connect with this one. There is softness and flow, but also an unwavering resoluteness; gentle yet unyielding. A tactile touchstone of shape and texture, truly one-of-a-kind. This is also a nature-formed holey stone and joins the necklace braid through its natural hole in the middle. The highlighting crystals are Rose Quartz.

The necklace braid is a combination of unbleached, recycled sari silk, peace silk yarn ('peace silk' is a name of silk made by ethical process where no silk worms were harmed) and cream tone micro-macrame cord for added strength. 

You have options for the length of the necklace itself. Each end includes two decorative knotted loops (smaller and larger) as well as two strands of toggle (smaller and larger) with Peruvian Pink Opal, which you can use through the loops in the opposite braid end to secure the necklace close. You only need to do this once, as the toggle closure keeps the necklace long enough to easily slip over your head for taking it off and wearing it again. But I've left the braids open, so you can instead choose to knot the braids themselves behind your neck, not using the loops and toggles. This allows you to wear the Chalcedony Rose higher up at shorter length, and the braid ends function as decorative detailing instead, awhile still adding crystal energy behind your neck too.

Each braid is 36 cm (14") long, so the longest all-round length to wear this at is 72 cm (28"). The Chalcedony Rose has a diameter of 3.5 cm (1.4")

There are no metals in this necklace so would be particularly suitable for those with metal sensitivities / metal allergy, energy workers and those who simply prefer not to wear metal.
