DESCRIPTION
Whenever a warm red-tone crystal seeks the companionship of a cool blue-tone crystal in an amulet I’m working on, I remember a discussion online where knowledgable crystal folk were adamant that a tranquility inducing crystal should not co-exist with a vitality inducing crystal. I firmly, adamantly disagree. Time and again. Why could these two skills not work side by side? I find the energy is like a pendulum. Sometimes you need a bit more calm and serenity, sometimes a bit more oomph and action. I’ve never experienced the two crystals cancelling each other out. Quite the opposite, I find it highly practical: you can tune into one or the other as your need dictates. We all need both. There is almost a self-regulating balance present: the two energies working together for optimal harmony rather than against each other. That’s my long-standing experience, and thus, I’m always quietly thrilled when this colour combination emerges. Since the faceted Fire Agate sphere invited Chrysocolla along, I'll quite happily proceed! You could see it as the vertical row of small Chrysocolla crystals leading towards a considered burst of energy. Balanced, purposeful action. Calm yet full of vitality at the same time.

I’ve knotted this crystal amulet with golden brown micro-macrame cord, which is strong and durable yet comfortable to wear. The length of the necklace is adjustable from as short as you wish down to solar plexus level. The total drop consisting of the vertical line of small Chrysocolla crystals ending in the faceted Fire Agate sphere is approx. 5.5 cm (2.2”). The diameter of the Fire Agate is 1.8 cm (0.7"). This summery amulet could look quite fetching if worn with a low cut top, or a V-line dress.

There are no metals in this necklace so would be particularly suitable for those with metal sensitivities, energy workers and those who simply prefer not to wear metal.
