CARNELIAN
A vibrant stone of vitality, motivation and creative fire. Carnelian is a true energy uplifter, rekindling enthusiasm for life and inspiring you to turn ideas and intentions into action. It awakens creativity, courage and self-confidence, encouraging you to take initiative, overcome procrastination and follow through with your plans. Associated with the sacral chakra, Carnelian celebrates the pleasures of being alive: passion, sensuality, spontaneity and the freedom to enjoy life's experiences. It encourages a healthy sense of self-worth and the confidence to pursue what excites and inspires you. Traditionally regarded as a stone of success, prosperity and good fortune, it is a wonderful companion when you need a fresh surge of energy, renewed motivation or the courage to make things happen.

Hematite helps establish a strong sense of self, encouraging you to stand firmly in your own individuality and recognise the qualities that make you unique. It supports creative expression and helps release self-imposed limitations, giving you the confidence to explore your abilities and put your own ideas into practice. Particularly valuable when feeling scattered, overwhelmed or pulled in too many directions, Hematite brings a sense of stability and equilibrium while maintaining natural alertness and clear-headedness. It is both grounding and revitalising, helping you remain composed under pressure without losing your drive or enthusiasm. Traditionally associated with courage, resilience and personal magnetism, Hematite encourages a quietly confident presence and a more optimistic approach to life's challenges.
