CRYSTAL PROPERTIES

LITHIUM QUARTZ
Powerful healing stone when feeling down or emotionally shaken. Eases stress and emotional ‘heartquakes’, bringing a deep sense of peace. Calming and balancing, gentle support for releasing anger and grief. Uplifting, soothing and stabilising. Helps in eliminating feelings of anxiety, worry and fear. Opens up the pathway to one's higher heart centre and activates the third eye, raising spiritual awareness. A great 'first aid' crystal when the world throws you out of balance.

RHODOCHROSITE
A stone of deep emotional healing. Comforting and positive, strengthening feelings of self-love, self-worth and self-forgiveness. Supportive heart-healer stone for those who are grieving or might feel stuck in the process. Repairs damages to one's subtle energy bodies. Helps in recovering lost talents you might have given up on due to past hurts, in order to discover your true purpose in this life.

ALMANDINE GARNET
Stimulates one's life force. Helps you feel rooted in your own life by opening the root chakra while drawing earth energy into the body, so you feel secure and centred. Awakens the "inner fire" of creativity. Highly protective stone and a great companion to keep you energised. Excellent good fortune and 'success' stone in both social and career ventures, adding positive vibes both in your personal or business life. Stone of purification and cleansing. Symbolises devoted love towards whatever you are passionate about.
