Slow return to the art studio

While waiting for the autumn term to start, my studio hours have been greatly reduced. I’ve been mainly working on a few mala beads while away. My usual downfall is finding the time to photograph and write the descriptions so that I could actually offer them for sale. They patiently wait, and one by one in the course of the autumn, I will release them into the wild…

Also, I’m planning on making some more lariat necklaces, as making them is similarly meditative as knotting mala beads. Meandering visual tales told in the colour and texture of stones and beads. This one below is called Wanderer’s Song.
